29 CFR 1910.23(c)(1): Open-sided floor(s) or platform(s) 4 feet (1.22 m) or more above the adjacent floor or ground level were not guarded by standard railings (or the equivalent as specified in 29 CFR 1910.23(e)(3)(i) through (v)), on all open sides:    On or about December 05, 2013, employees working on the roof of a commercial building installing air conditioning units were not protected from fall hazards. The employees were exposed to fall hazards of more than 15 feet to the ground below.
