29 CFR 1910.333(c)(3)(iii)(A): Vehicles or mechanical equipment capable of having parts of their structures elevated near energized overhead lines were not operated so that a clearance of 10 feet (305 cm) was maintained: a) Worksite, Southeast corner of parking lot - An employee installing screws on a sign from an MTI Model # G5-A0IP-TFS1, Serial #84300012, bucket truck had the boom approximately 1 foot away from the approximate 220 volt service line; on or about 12/6/13. Note: In addition to abatement certification the employer is required to submit abatement documentation for this item in accordance with 29 CFR 1903.19
