Emory University Hospital Project, 1365 Clifton Road, Atlanta, GA (Inside the caisson) -  An employee was exposed to an entrapment hazard. The employee was caught between the large water pump and caisson wall while trying to escape an emergency situation due to the limited means of access and egress in the caisson when ground water was coming in and rising inside the caisson where the employee was testing the rock, on or about 12/3/13.
