29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system: On or about December 05, 2013, and at times prior thereto, one employee was working on top of the second floor of a framed residential home. The employee did not have his harness attached to a lifeline or anchor. Two other employees were working on the back porch roof without any fall protection. The employees were exposed to fall hazards of 6 feet or more.
