29 CFR 1926.151(b)(2): Temporary buildings located within other buildings or structures were not of either noncombustible construction or of combustible construction having a fire resistance of not less than 1 hour: a) End Unit - Employees were using a room to store tools and one wall was constructed of temporary plywood that did not carry a one hour fire rating, on or about 12/04/2013. Abatement certification required within 10 days after abatement date. The certification shall include a statement that abatement is complete, date and method of abatement, and states employees and their representatives were informed of this abatement.
