29 CFR 1910.217(b)(8)(vi): Electrical clutch/brake control circuit(s) on mechanical power press(es) did not incorporate features to minimize the possibility of an unintended stroke in the event of the failure of a control component to function properly: (a) Facility, Cincinnati Forming Press, No. 28001: On or before December 6, 2013, an employee was exposed to unexpected machine stroking. The physical condition of the foot pedal wiring was degrading at its connecting point.
