29 CFR 1910.1200(e)(1): Employer had not developed or implemented a written hazard communication program which at included the requirements outlined in 29 CFR 1910.1200(e)(1)(i) and (e)(1)(ii): (Construction Reference: 1926.59) (a) Bosch Rexroth Group - On or about December 5, 2013, employees are exposed to silica dusts when grinding concrete flooring and Hexa-methyl Di-isocyanate(HMDI) a pulmonary and dermal sensitizers in Eco-HTS coatings when applying them to the floor, and the employer did not have a Chemical Hazard Communication Program.

29 CFR 1910.1200(h)(1): Employees were not provided effective information and training on hazardous chemicals in their work area at the time of their initial assignment and whenever a new hazard that the employees had not been previously trained about was introduced into their work area: (Construction Reference: 1926.59) (a) Bosch Rexroth Group - On or about December 5, 2013, employees are exposed to silica dusts when grinding concrete flooring and Hexa-methyl Di-isocyanate(HMDI) a pulmonary and dermal sensitizers in Eco-HTS coatings when applying them to the floor. The employer did not have a Chemical Hazard Communication Program and did not provide training on the hazards of these chemicals prior to having employees use them in the workplace.

29 CFR 1910.134(k)(6): The employer did not provide the basic advisory information on respirators, as presented in Appendix D of 29 CFR 1910.134, in written or oral format to employees who wear respirators when such use was not required by the employer: (a) Bosch Rexroth Group Site: On or about December 5, 2013, Employees who were performing floor scarifying, floor grinding, and floor coating operations and who were provided but not required to wear respirators were not provided with information contained in Appendix D of 1910.134 by reference of 1926.103.
