29 CFR 1926.453(b)(2)(v): A body belt was not worn and a lanyard attached to the boom or basket when working from an aerial lift. On 12/09/2013, employees from R & R Builders LLC were working at 1010 Hoff Road, OFallon MO. Three employees were working on the steel structure of a commercial building in two aerial lifts.
