29 CFR 1926.1053(b)(4): Ladder(s) were used for purposes other than the purpose for which they were designed: On or about 8/07/2013, at the above addressed jobsite, an employee was working from a 25-foot aluminum extension ladder which was used to hold an electrical power drill on one of the ladder rungs by coiling the cable, exposing the employee to a fall hazard.
