29 CFR 1910.1020(e)(1)(i): Whenever an employee or designated representative requests access to a record, the employer shall assure that access is provided in a reasonable time, place, and manner and within 15 working days of the request. Aircraft: Employees are required to use hazardous chemicals such as but not limited to: Matrix Heavy Duty Cleaner, Matrix Disinfectant/Cleaner#3 to perform cleaning duties of aircraft. OSHA was not provided with employee training records within 15 working days of their request.
