Jobsite: front of building Employees were unprotected from fall hazards while installing metal panels: Instance A: Employees were exposed to a fall hazardof approximately 16 feet while working at the roof edge. Instance B: An employee was exposed to a fall hazard of approximately 10 feet while standing on the front canopy.
