OSH ACT of 1970 Section (5)(a)(1): Section 5(a)(1) of the Occupational Safety and Health Act of 1970: The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which was free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees in that employees were exposed to crushing hazards: (a) Location - Warehouse: On or about 11/15/13 multiple storage racks, the load rating was not posted for the industrial storage racks located above the loading dock overhead doors. The storage racks held pallets of food product including, but not limited to, containers of orange juice.
