29 CFR 1926.501(b)(10): Each employee engaged in roofing activities on low-slope roofs, with unprotected sides and edges 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels, was not protected from falling by guardrail systems, safety net systems, personal fall arrest systems. On or about December 9, 2013, employer did not ensure that employee(s) working on the edge of a roof were provided with and required to use adequate fall protection. Employees were exposed to falls greater than 6 feet.
