(a) On or about 12/06/13, at the Tops Market, under renovation and located at 1215 Jefferson Road, in Rochester, New York, a Dewalt table saw (DW744) was in use without being secured to its tool stand, to prevent the table saw from shifting or tipping. NO ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION REQUIRED
