29 CFR 1910.304(b)(3)(i): All 125-volt, single-phase, 15- and 20-ampere receptacles installed in wet locations were not equipped with ground-fault circuit-interrupter (GFCI) protection for personnel. a) SWIMMING POOL AREA: On or about December 10, 2013 the employer did not ensure that an electrical outlet located outside was equipped with an operational GFCI system. b) POOL ROOM AREA: On or about December 10, 2013 the employer did not ensure that receptacle(s) were equipped with a GFCI where the potential of a water leak was feasible. c) MAINTENANCE ROOM AREA: On or about December 10, 2013 the employer did not ensure that receptacle(s) were equipped with a GFCI system where construction type work was performed and where air conditioning units were plugged into receptacles near areas where the potential of a water leak was feasible. These conditions exposed the employees to the hazards associated with electrical shock.
