29 CFR 1910.1200(g)(1): Chemical manufacturers or importers did not obtain or develop a safety data sheet for each hazardous chemical they produce or import. Employers shall have a safety data sheet in the workplace for each hazardous chemical which they use. Job site located at 123 S 4th Street, Seward, NE 68434-The employer had chemicals that his employees use to clean the kitchen on a daily basis and did not have the material safety data sheet for the products being used. The employees used chemicals such as, but not limited too, Conquer Heavy Duty Warewash Detergent, Pursuit Drain Maintenance System, and SurFlex HD Oven & Grill cleaner without having the material safety data sheet for the products.
