29 CFR 1926.451(g)(1)(v): Each employee on a walkway located within a scaffold was not protected by a guardrail system (with a minimum 200 pound toprail capacity) installed within 9.5 inches (24.1 cm) of and along at least one side of the walkway. (a) At the site - an employee was installing aluminum siding on a ladder jack scaffold system with out fall protection, exposing him to an 10 foot fall.
