29 CFR 1910.1052(d)(2): The employer did not perform initial monitoring to determine each employee's exposure to methylene chloride:  An initial methylene chloride exposure determination was not made for employee with the following exposure:  a)  Production shop - An employee who sprayed Chem-Set AW 300M adhesive which contained 73% methylene chloride was exposed to a short term exposure level (STEL) below detectable levels. The sampling was performed for 15 minutes during one shift on 4/7/14.  Zero exposure was assumed for the unsampled period of time.
