29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6-feet or more above lower levels was not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest systems, nor was an alternative fall protection plan which meets the requirements of '1926.502(k) developed and implemented. This violation occurred on November 21, 2013, at a work site located at 1134 Lone Ivory Trail, Euless, Texas; employees walking and working from the roof of a new residential building, were not protected from falling more than 18-feet to the lower level by use of guardrail or personal fall arrest system.
