29 CFR 1910.176(b): Secure storage. Storage of material created a hazard. Bags, containers, bundles, etc., stored in tiers were not stacked, blocked, interlocked and limited in height so that they are stable and secure against sliding or collapse: location: behind warehouse on or about: 12/11/13 a) Broken pallets were stored in unsecured stacks approximately 15-20 feet high. Employees move the pallets using forklifts.
