29 CFR 1910.67(c)(2)(v): A body belt was not worn and a lanyard attached to the boom or basket when working from an aerial lift: On or about December 11, 2013, an employee was expose to a fall hazard, of approximately 25 feet, to the concrete ground below, while using a JLG aerial lift, Model T350, while replacing a pole mounted lamp, in the SE corner of the parking lot, without wearing a harness for fall protection.
