(b)  The employer's written Bloodborne Pathogens Exposure Control Plan did not contain a section describing how employee input would be obtained in the identification, evaluation and selection of effective engineering and work practice controls such as, but not limited to, the safe needle devices used on site as determined on December 12, 2013.  ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION REQUIRED.
