29 CFR 1926.501(b)(11): Each employee on a steep roof with unprotected sides and edges 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels was not protected from falling by guardrail systems with toeboards, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems: On or about December 11, 2013, along the north west side of the construction site on the roof of building number five; employees were exposed to hazards of fall while working on a 5:12 pitch roof without a fall protection system at heights greater than six feet above ground level.
