29 CFR 1910.178(p)(1): Powered industrial truck(s) found to be in need of repair, defective, or in any way unsafe had not been  taken out of service until restored to safe operating condition:    a) On or about December 11, 2013, at 190 West 23 Street, in Hialeah, Florida, employees were exposed to a fire hazard due to damaged propane tank straps on 3 forklifts that were being used and had not been taken out of service.    b) On or about December 11, 2013, at 190 West 23 Street, in Hialeah, Florida, a forklift which was missing a seat belt was being used in the warehouse and had not been taken out of service.      PLEASE NOTE: CERTIFICATION AND DOCUMENTATION OF ABATEMENT IS REQUIRED FOR THIS VIOLATION.
