29 CFR 1926.416(a)(1): Employees were permitted to work in proximity to electric power circuits and were not protected against electric shock by effectively guarding the circuits by insulation or other means: (a) On or about December 12, 2013, and dates prior to, for approximately two employees with exposure to electric shock from unguarded live parts on the starter panel for elevator 1, at the Parkade Parking Ramp located at 114 North Sixth Street, Bismarck, North Dakota.
