On or about November 12, 2013 - at the above addressed jobsite, the electrical panel located in the kitchen area was not protected with a cover, thereby exposing employees to arc flash/blast hazards.  b.  On or about November 12, 2013 - at the above addressed jobsite, the electrical panel located in the back electrical closet was not protected with a cover, thereby exposing employees to arc flash/blast hazards.
