OSH ACT of 1970 Section (5)(a)(1): The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which were free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees, as a result employees were exposed to fall hazards:          a) Transfer Truck Loading Area- On or about December 06, 2013, employees who were working while standing on a platform adjacent to a cotton seed hopper were exposed to a fourteen-foot fall hazard.    b)Transfer Truck Loading Area- On or about December 06, 2013, employees who were working while standing on steel beams adjacent to a cotton seed hopper were exposed to a 14-foot fall hazard.    ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION AND DOCUMENTATION ARE REQUIRED.
