29 CFR 1910.305(g)(1)(iv)(A): Flexible cords and/or cables were used as a substitute for the fixed wiring of a structure: On or about December 12, 2013 and times prior thereto, the employer operated the computerized door manufacturing fixture with flexible wiring. The machine is a fixed structure and requires fixed wiring to prevent damage to the conductors and subsequent electrical shock and fire hazards to employees.
