Worksite located at 910 Langsford Road, Lee's Summit, Missouri- Employees were exposed to overhead hazards from the trusses being trusses being hoisted overhead and were not wearing any means of head protection.

Worksite located at 910 Langsford Road, Lee's Summit, Missouri- Employee was exposed to a fall hazard in that the scaffold platform the employee was standing on was not fully decked or planked.

Worksite located at 910 Langsford Road, Lee's Summit, Missouri- Employee was standing  on a scaffold platform that was not fully decked and did not have any guardrails erected around the platform to prevent falls.

Worksite located at 910 Langsford Road, Lee's Summit, Missouri- Employees were observed working on the trusses being set as well as on the edge of the block wall without the use of any means of fall protection.
