29 CFR 1926.452(c)(2): Tubular welded frames and panels were not braced by cross, horizontal, or diagonal braces, or combination thereof, which would have secured vertical members together laterally: Building 13, On or about December 12, 2013, employees were exposed to struck by and fall hazards while installing metal mesh to the window frame in preparation for applying stucco to the wall from a scaffold that was not cross braced on the side closest to the building.
