Martin Salas was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard, 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(1) which was contained in OSHA inspection number 314272451, Citation 1, Item 1, issued on April 23, 2010, and was affirmed final order on April 30 ,2010 by the OSHA Fort Worth Area Office.
