Rodgers Boulevard, Harrison, NJ Two employees were not wearing head protection with roofing demolition work going on directly above, exposing the employees to head injury. Violation occurred on or about 12/16/2013.

Rodgers Boulevard, Harrison, NJ Employees working from a Genie 4x4 aerial lift performing demolition work were exposed to a fall hazard of approximately 22 feet to the ground below while not utilizing any type of fall protection. Violation occurred on or about 12/16/2013.
