29 CFR 1910.22(b)(1): 29 CFR 1910.22(b)(1): Aisles and passageways were not kept clear and in good repair, with no obstruction across or in aisles that could create a hazard.    a) Dock Door 6, Floor 7" hole; On or about 1/6/2014; a Ballard was knocked from its' mount in the floor creating a 7 inch floor opening exposing employees to trip hazards and forklift operators to injuries from running into the hole.     b) Can Line Aisle 2, 8" hole; On or about 1/6/2014; The floor in the aisle has been in disrepair and the opening exposed employees to trip hazards and forklift operators to injuries from running into the hole.     c) Recycling Area, on 2-Liter Wall side; On or about 1/6/2014; The entire section of floor sinks when weight is applied to the area near the drain. Forklifts also enter this area, exposing them to tip over hazards.
