29 CFR 1926.152(e)(4): Units dispensing flammable or combustible liquids were not protected against collision damage: (a) Jobsite, 12311 Perry Highway, Wexford, PA: On or about 12/11/13 the dispensing unit on the Glassmere fuel tank was not protected against collision damages. Employees use the fuel to power equipment. Motor vehicles and powered industrial trucks travel in the immediate area. This condition exposes employees who may be refueling to potential fire and/or burn hazards in the event of a collision.
