29 CFR 1926.403(i)(1)(iii): At least one entrance was not provided to give access to the working space about electrical equipment operating at 600 volts, nominal, or less: (a) Employee Cafeteria, Northwest Corner - On or about December 11, 2013 employees were exposed to electric shock and fire hazards while utilizing the cafeteria. There was no clear entrance to two 115V electric power panels.
