Exit access route measured 20 inches at its widest point and 15 inches at its narrowest point.    b)  Near Break Room, on or about 12/17/13:  Exit access was not maintained at least 28 inches wide at all points.  Baking racks lined the hallway and provided 17-inches of clearance.
