29 CFR 1910.242(b): Compressed air used for cleaning purposes was not reduced to less than 30 p.s.i.    On or about December 17, 2013, at the above addressed jobsite, an employee working at the joint vacuum former, was using compressed air to clean the machine. The static air pressure of the chip blower was measured and found to be in excess of 100 P.S.I. (pounds per square inch).

29 CFR 1910.134(c)(1): A written respiratory protection program that included the provisions in 29 CFR 1910.134(c)(1)(i) - (ix) with worksite specific procedures was not established and implemented for required respirator use:  On or about December 17, 2013, at the above addressed jobsite, the employer did not have a written respiratory protection program implemented for the protection of employees who are required to wear 3M half mask respirators while spraying and sanding fiberglass. The exposes the employees to the physiological hazards of respirator use, does not assure proper care of the respirator, and the limits of the respirators being used.

29 CFR 1910.1200(e)(1): The employer did not develop, implement, and/or maintain at the workplace a written hazard communication program which describes how the criteria specified in 29 CFR 1910.1200(f), (g), and (h) will be met:  On or about December 17, 2013, at the above addressed jobsite, the employer did not have a written hazard communication program for the employees who are exposed to chemical hazards, but not limited to, Fiberglass products from Jushi Group Co., LTD;Tri-Pure Dioxide Pigment from DuPont, Acetone, PMC-SP, C431-BKB-22 (a polymer resin solution), and Norox MEKP-925.
