29 CFR 1910.106(e)(2)(ii)(b)(3): The quantity of liquid that may be located outside of an inside storage room or storage cabinet in a building or in any one fire area of a building exceeded 660 gallons of Category 2, 3, or 4 flammable liquids in a single portable tank. a) Flontech USA LLC: 3 - 330 gallon portable metal tanks containing a category 2 flammable (ethyl alcohol) were stored together in the shipping/receiving area. The portable metal tanks were stored in a single fire area and outside of an indoor storage area, on or about 12/13/2013. Abated During Inspection No Abatement Certification Required
