29 CFR 1910.151(c): Where employees were exposed to injurious corrosive materials, suitable facilities for quick drenching or flushing of the eyes and body were not provided within the work area for immediate use:      a) Dierbergs Market, Inc. @ 6211 Mid Rivers Mall Drive, St. Peters, MO 63304: On and before December 16, 2013, the employer did not ensure that the emergency eyewash station was capable of providing 15 minutes of continuous water flow. The available eyewash station contained only three bottles (48 total ounces) of saline eyewash. Employees utilized a corrosive cleaning product, Power Foam Bravo Heavy Duty Stripper for Spot Build-Ups, with a pH of 13. This condition exposed employees to eye injuries.     Dierbergs Market, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this Occupational Safety and Health Standard or its equivalent standard (29 CFR 1910.151(c) which was contained in OSHA Inspection 314505256, Citation Number 1, Item Number 1, issued on June 15, 2013, with respect to a workplace located at 3400-B Hollenberg Drive, Bridgeton, MO 63044.
