A wet/dry shop vacuum cleaner in the detailing area was operated while missing the ground prong on the plug, exposing employees to contact with electrical power hazards. At least two ground fault circuit interrupter receptacles in the wash bay of the detailing area were missing their covers, exposing employees to contact with electrical power hazards. A surge protector cord providing power to a portable computer station showed signs of strain, in that the inner wire insulation was visible at the plug, exposing employees to contact with electrical power hazards.
