(a) South side, residential home located at 3591 Highway 5, Douglasville, GA 30135: Employer allowed employees to use the TranzSporter (Model - LH200) Platform Hoist as a ladder to access the roof and ground level. Manufacturer's general safety instructions state that this hoist should never be used by personnel as a ladder.
