29 CFR 1926.502(h)(1)(v): The safety monitor had other responsibilities which could take the monitor's attention from the monitoring function: On or about December 18, 2013, employees conducting roofing operations were exposed to fall hazards of over twenty-five (25) feet above the ground, due to the safety monitor having other responsibilities, such as but not limited to, roofing operations. Abatement documentation is required for this item in accordance with the requirements of 29 CFR 1903.19(d).
