OSH ACT of 1970 Section (5)(a)(1): The employer did not furnish employment in a place of employment which were free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees: a) At a worksite located at 4609 W 65th S in Idaho Falls, Idaho: On or before December 16, 2013, and at times prior thereto, employees were exposed to the danger powered industrial truck fork extensions falling off the forks when not authorized by the manufacturer. Note #1: Abatement certification IS required for this item.
