29 CFR 1910.305(b)(1)(ii): Unused openings in boxes, cabinets, or fittings were not effectively closed.  Tool room area, on or about 12 December 2013 and times prior; the employer did not ensure that the electrical panels were effectively closed. Electrical Panel labelled A; had an improper size blank on breaker 1. This condition exposed employees to an electrical shock, electrical burn hazards and thermal hazards.

29 CFR 1910.37(b)(2): Each exit was not clearly visible and marked by a sign reading "Exit".    Pin reset area; on or about 12 December 2013 and times prior; the employer did not ensure that exit signs were posted along the exit route.   This condition exposed employees to delays in exiting the building causing smoke inhalation and fire hazards.
