29 CFR 1926.1052(c)(1)(i): Stairways having four or more risers or rising more than 30 inches (76 cm), whichever is less, were not equipped with at least one handrail: The employee for Accel Construction and employees for Beavers Plumbing, Electri-Tech and Professional Remodeling & Construction Services, constructing the four story apartment buildings at 411 W. Maple St., Wichita, Kansas were exposed to slip and trip hazards. The employer did not ensure handrails were installed in the stairwells.
