29 CFR 1910.1030(c)(1)(i): The employer having employee(s) with occupational exposure did not establish a written Exposure Control Plan designed to eliminate or minimize employee exposure:     a. Skin Smart Dermatology & Skin Care Center - On or about December 18, 2014,  Employees, Medical Assistants, have potential exposure to blood and other potentially infectious materials while assisting the doctors in skin biopsies, other dermal procedures and while cleaning  surgical tools.  An exposure control program was not written or available.     b. Skin Smart Dermatology & Skin Care Center -  On or about December 18, 2014, Employees, Physician, has exposure to blood and other potentially infectious  materials while performing skin scraping, biopsies and recapping biopsy needles and tools.  An exposure control plan  was written with procedures to address these hazards.

Skin Smart Dermatology & Skin Care Center - On or about December 18, 2014, Where Medical assistants who assist the doctors in skin biopsies, and other dermal procedures which have a potential for the exposure to blood., the employer did not perform examinations of the engineering controls on a regular basis to determine their effectiveness.  BD syringes without sharps safety protective devices are used for injections.
