As such, a Cutting Edge Construction employee conducting framing work at height without any form of fall protection was exposed to a fall hazard of over 15 feet from the second floor's decking to the ground below.   Observed on or about 12/19/2013.   NOTE: IN ADDITION TO ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION, THE EMPLOYER IS REQUIRED TO SUBMIT ABATEMENT DOCUMENTATION FOR THIS ITEM. FAILURE TO COMPLY WILL RESULT IN AN ADDITIONAL PENALTY OF $1000.00 IN ACCORDANCE WITH 29 CFR 1903.19.
