Inwood, Building #4, Wichita, KS; employees engaged in residential roofing work without fall protection were exposed to fall hazards of up to 27 feet, 10 inches from the eave to the ground. Fall protection available at the jobsite was not used by each employee.

29 CFR 1926.503(a)(1): The employer did not provide a training program for each employee potentially exposed to fall hazards to enable each employee to recognize the hazards of falling and the procedures to be followed in order to minimize these hazards: Jobsite located at 3640 N. Inwood, Bldg. #4, Wichita, KS; employees were not adequately trained to recognize and minimize fall hazards. Employees working at heights greater than 6 feet did not use provided fall protection.
