29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b):    a) Top Front, Center of Structure - Worker standing on the top plate of a second floor wall frame, securing  roof trusses with a pneumatic nail gun was not protected from falling approximately 20' to the ground and scrap materials below, on or about 12/19/2013.    b) Left Side, Second Floor Window - Workers were tossing scrap materials out of a window opening, not protected from falling approximately 10' to the ground and scrap materials below, on or about 12/19/2013.   For the purposes of this inspection, this employer was determined to be the controlling and correcting employer of the jobsite. The employer is being cited under OSHA's Multi-Employer Workplace Policy.  Abatement certification required within 10 days after abatement date. The certification shall include a statement that abatement is complete, date and method of abatement, and states employees and their representatives were informed of this abatement.
