29 CFR 1926.501(b)(10): Each employee engaged in roofing activities on low-slope roofs, with unprotected sides and edges 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels, was not protected from falling by guardrail systems, safety net systems, personal fall arrest systems or a combination of warning line system and safety monitoring system.    a) Front Top, Right Side of Structure - Worker on roof's edge laying 4'x8' sheets of insulation was not protected from falling approximately 25' to the concrete below, on or about 12/19/2013.   b) Front Top, Left Side of Structure - Worker throwing scrap material and debris from the roof's edge to the ground was not  protected from falling approximately 25' to the concrete below, on or about 12/19/2013.     Abatement   certification and documentation required within 10 days after abatement date. The certification shall include a statement that abatement is complete, date and method of abatement, and states employees and their representatives were informed of this abatement.  Abatement documentation shall include documents demonstrating that abatement is complete, such as evidence of the purchase or repair of equipment, photographic or video evidence of abatement or other written records.
